Serventrix began after we saw a practical need in the local market: businesses struggled to find dependable people and structured support, while capable candidates struggled to reach the right opportunities.
Our beginning
A practical business, not a manufactured story.
We started in Raiganj with a clear commercial goal: build useful recruitment, HR and business services in a market where the demand was real. The opportunity was obvious, but so was the responsibility—if we were going to connect people with work or advise a business, the process had to be dependable.
That is why Serventrix is being built in stages. We are putting working systems in place before making large claims, and expanding our proof as the work itself grows.
